Hi, I’m Letzy Lugo!
I was born and raised in the beautiful Napa Valley, and in 2022 I graduated from Paul Mitchell East Bay with a license in Cosmetology. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in the hair industry for over three years starting with hair systems for different companies across the Bay Area. While those opportunities were exciting and shaped me as a stylist, my heart has always been drawn back to the salon chair.
By a little twist of fate, I was introduced to Itzel, and now I get to work alongside such a talented, hardworking artist who inspires me daily and shares so much wisdom about the endless universe of hair.
Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me with a good book, at a concert, listening to music, or spending time with my family and my dogs.
Coming back home to Napa and building my career here has been such a privilege. Every day I fall in love all over again with this craft, and nothing makes me happier than creating styles that make people feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.
Meet Itzel, The Owner
Welcome to my business! I'm Itzel Sanchez, a hair replacement specialist dedicated to helping people restore their confidence through customized hair loss solutions.
Born and raised in the beautiful Napa Valley, California, I am proud to serve the Napa County community with compassionate, personalized hair replacement services in a private and welcoming environment.
As a mom of two little girls, I've personally experienced postpartum hair loss. I understand how emotional and overwhelming hair loss can be, and how it can affect your confidence. That's why I created a studio designed to provide peace, privacy, and a safe space where you can be your authentic self. My goal is for every client to leave feeling empowered, beautiful, and confident.
I've been a hair replacement specialist for over 10 years. I had the privilege of training one-on-one with one of the pioneers of hair replacement, Mrs. Janet Miller, who taught me the art and science of working with wigs, toppers, and hair systems. She also trained me to care for clients experiencing medical hair loss due to cancer treatments and other health conditions.
In addition to my specialized training, I completed advanced haircutting and styling education at a high-end salon in Walnut Creek. After years of training and experience, I joined a hair replacement salon in San Francisco, where I eventually became a stylist trainer. That role allowed me to travel throughout the United States, supporting salons and mentoring stylists who needed additional training and expertise.
Hair replacement isn't just my career, it's my passion. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone look in the mirror and feel like themselves again.
Every person who sits in my chair has a unique story, and every solution I create is customized to fit their individual needs, lifestyle, and goals. I work closely with each client to achieve the most natural-looking results possible while making sure you feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout the entire process. I also believe education is an important part of your hair replacement journey. I'll teach you how to properly care for and maintain your hair system so it continues to look and feel its best long after you leave the studio.
When I'm not in the salon, you'll usually find me dancing with my daughters at Moon Azteca Dance and Art School. Preserving and passing on my Mexican heritage through art, dance, and history is incredibly important to me. I'm honored to serve on the school's Board of Directors and support its mission in our community.
