Hi, I’m Letzy Lugo!

I was born and raised in the beautiful Napa Valley, and in 2022 I graduated from Paul Mitchell East Bay with a license in Cosmetology. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in the hair industry for over three years starting with hair systems for different companies across the Bay Area. While those opportunities were exciting and shaped me as a stylist, my heart has always been drawn back to the salon chair.

By a little twist of fate, I was introduced to Itzel, and now I get to work alongside such a talented, hardworking artist who inspires me daily and shares so much wisdom about the endless universe of hair.

Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me with a good book, at a concert, listening to music, or spending time with my family and my dogs.

Coming back home to Napa and building my career here has been such a privilege. Every day I fall in love all over again with this craft, and nothing makes me happier than creating styles that make people feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.

Meet Itzel, The Owner

Finding your passion at an early age isn’t how most careers begin. Like many stylists fresh out of cosmetology school, I was simply searching for an opportunity when I found myself in the right place at the right time. A hair restoration salon was hiring, and the owner, Janet Miller, told me it would be very different from working in a traditional salon, and she was absolutely right.

Ms. Miller personally trained me, giving me one-on-one, hands-on coaching that shaped me into the hair restoration specialist I am today. I always understood that hair plays a powerful role in a person’s self-image and confidence. But it wasn’t until I began working closely with clients experiencing hair loss that I truly witnessed the life-changing impact of waking up with the hair of your dreams.

I deeply respect the bond of trust between a client navigating hair loss and the stylist guiding them through it. That relationship is more than professional, it’s emotional. It grows stronger with every visit. Nothing compares to the joy of seeing a client smile at their transformation and feel like themselves again.

I’ve watched clients find love, pursue new careers, increase their income, and embrace life more fully after restoring their hair. Seeing those transformations is why, after 11 years in this industry, I know without a doubt this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

I take immense pride in my work and never take lightly the trust my clients place in me. It would be an honor to help turn your hair goals into your reality.
