Finding one’s passion at an early age is not usually how careers are discovered and built. Like most stylist, having recently graduated cosmetology school, I was searching for work opportunities, and I found myself in the right place at the right time. There was a hair restoration salon that wanted to hire me. The owner Janet Miller shared with me that this would be a very different opportunity from working in a typical hair salon, and oh my goodness, was she right!

Ms. Miller gave me direct training, provided me with the one-on-one, hands-on personal coaching and guidance I needed to become a top hair restoration stylist. I always knew that hair was a significant portion of a person’s self-image, self-esteem and certainly has a huge impact on a persons quality of life.  However, it wasn’t until I worked directly with clients who had experienced hair loss, that I truly saw the impact waking up with the hair of your dreams could have.

I understand the bond of trust and confidence that exists between a client experiencing hair loss and an expert hair restoration stylist.  That bond is truly an emotional connection which grows deeper and stronger with every salon visit. Nothing gives me more joy and satisfaction than seeing the transformation smile on my client’s face when receiving their new fabulous head of hair.

I have seen client’s find love, chase their dreams, increase their income, and simply enjoy life more the moment they got new hair. That is why, after 9 years of being in the industry, I won’t choose to do anything else but this.
