What to Expect
I am looking forward to your upcoming appointment. I know that seeing a new stylist can feel overwhelming and you've probably got quite a few questions. I want to set you up for success, so here are some of the most commonly asked questions my new clients usually have:
Where is the salon located?
We are located at 3471 Broadway St in American Canyon, California. We are in the building right on the corner at intersection on Broadway and Donaldson Way, across the street from the 76 gas station and the Navajo Rug Company.
How do I know if I will be happy with my hair?
First, please know that it is just as important to me as it is to you that you are happy with your hair. That is why your first appointment with me is a consultation. I want to ensure that we are going to cover your hair history, lifestyle and hair goals. We will continue to collaborate until we come to an agreement on what makes us both feel best about achieving your goals.
How long will my appointment take?
We have a lot to cover, so your consultation will take anywhere between 30min-1 hour.
If you decide to move forward with us, your second appointment will be 1.5 hours - 2 hours.
Where should I park?
We have a private parking lot right in front of the salon. If all the spots are taken, there is also an empty lot next door you are welcome to park at.
How do I prepare for the appointment?
Come with clean hair. Clean hair will give me a good idea of what is going on. If you currently wear a hair system, make sure you bring it with you.
